HOW TO ORDER

Browse our wide selection of readily available products and just simply add the items that you want into cart. Alternatively, if you can’t find what you want, feel free to contact us via Whatsapp and our agents will assist you with your order.

Once you are done with your selection, check all the items in your cart and simply CHECKOUT via Whatsapp at the bottom of your cart.

Our agents will coordinate your order once we received your order on Whatsapp and arrange the delivery for you based on your preferred timeslot.

After comfirmation of your order, Prepare cash, sit back, relax and wait for your order to arrive. We provide Same Day Delivery with two timeslots at 1-5pm and 6-11pm.

I am a new customer. How do I place an order ?
To place an order, simply browse to our shops and select the product that you are interested in purchasing and add them into your cart by selecting the specific flavours or colours and quantity.
On the checkout page, fill up the details required and proceed to check out via Whatsapp. Your orders will then be sent to our agent that will assist you in processing your orders.
Upon comfirmation, you will be sent a comfirmation via Whatsapp and there you go!
What are the delivery charges like and When will my order be delivered to me?
Our delivery charges for orders below a total amount of S$200 is a nett fee of S$10 for islandwide (Singapore Only) same day express delivery. Any order above a total amount of S$200 is entitled to FREE islandwide (Singapore only) same day express delivery.
We operate on 2 delivery block schedules. For orders that are sent before 1130AM, you can choose either Block 1 (1PM – 5PM) or Block 2 (6PM – 11PM). For orders that are sent after 1130AM up till 530PM, you can only choose BLOCK 2 (6PM – 11PM) for same day express delivery. Any orders after 530PM will be scheduled for delivery on the next day.
What if there is a problem with my order or the product that I received is faulty ?
If you encounter any problems with your order, feel free to reach out to us on our Whatsapp or Telegram channel that is available 24/7. Our agents are very responsive and will provide you with the support that you need.
In the event whereby the items that you received are faulty, do contact us on our Whatsapp or Telegram channel and provide us with a photo or video proof whichever is required at that point of time.
Our agents will assist you and a full exchange will be provided to you at no cost at all if it happens within the warranty time frame of one (1) week.
What are the payment modes available?
If you are worried about payment methods, fret not. You will not have to pay when you place an order with us as the payment will only be charged to you when you recieve the goods.
Our payment system is fairly easy as it is a fully cash on delivery only transaction that is fully transparent and comfortable for our clients.
